There are various places people like to discuss Heroes of Might and Magic and associated matters - and other off-topic matters, depending on the place. If you have a problem with the game, or anything like that, you may like to visit one of these places, look around in case they've already seen the problem and the solution, and ask; chances are that someone else has seen the same problem you have, and they'll share their own experience.
The Statesman's Quill is a mailing list, or group; read the details and subscribe via AstralWizard. The mailing list is currently powered by Yahoogroups, so you'll need a Yahoo ID; if you'v got one you can get most of the group's details here. Otherwise, email is very convenient for a lot of people.
There is also the H3Trio message board, or tavern, the Heroes Community message board, and the very active forum belonging to Celestial Heavens.
